Mr. Magdy Hashish has more than fifty-five years of experience. He is a well-known and sought after corporate advisor in many areas including organizational, financial, administrative and corporate governance matters, with over 50 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax and financial advisory services. He has been the lead advisor for a large number of companies in connection with restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, divestments and initial public offerings, serving more than one thousand clients in a large number of sectors including agriculture, banking, insurance, petroleum, real estate development, construction, tourism, wholesale, retail, manufacturing, off-shore oil field services, transportation, logistics, and others. His experience extends from the local market to cover the Middle East region. Mr. Hashish is registered with many authorities in Egypt (Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority, General Authority for Real Estate Financing, Central Bank, Experts at the Economic Court).
