Tarek Hashish is the head of Audit and quality assurance, member of the board of director and Tax committee vice presedent of The Egyptian Society of Accountants & Auditors (ESAA) with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and auditing. He graduated in 1987 with a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Cairo University. Since graduation Mr. Hashish has gained significant experience as an external and internal auditor of many listed companies operating in many sectors including, manufacturing, investment, Real Estate, Private Equity, NGO, pharmaceuticals and others.
He specializes in capital restructuring, IPOs and Tax planning
