Senior Manager Compliance

Karishma has over 10 years’ experience within the Financial Services Industry.  Having begun her career in Company and Trust administration, Karishma obtained her STEP Diploma in International Trust Management before moving into Compliance.

Karishma has previously worked for PwC/Abacus Financial Services Limited as well as Aon Insurance Managers Limited, where she gained experience in the fields of Company secretarial and Compliance, before joining RSM Gibraltar Limited in July 2017.

Karishma is also the Secretary for the Gibraltar Association of Compliance Officers (GACO) and is heavily involved in providing various training sessions to the industry.
