Justyna Gasinska

Director

Justyna, a Chartered Certified Accountant, joined RSM in October 2010. Justyna obtained her Masters degree in Economics at the UMCS University in Poland in 2005 and graduated top of her class. Justyna participated in a student exchange program and received a scholarship at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She was also a prize winner with the ACCA and obtained her accounting qualifications in 2013.

Justyna has been involved in the funds industry from the start of her professional career and has obtained extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of fund administration and financial accounting.

Prior to moving to Gibraltar and joining RSM, Justyna was a Fund Supervisor in IFS State Street, Dublin and was assigned to one of the biggest hedge funds in Europe. Justyna was leading a back office team responsible for production of daily valuations.

Justyna has since gone on to gather significant expertise in establishment and on-going maintenance of funds and provides advice on various business structures and regulatory requirements. Justyna heads the Fund Administration department managing a diversified portfolio of hedge funds, property investments funds and private equity funds.

Justyna is a member of the Gibraltar Funds & Investment Association (GFIA)’s Technical Committee and the FSC’s Funds Panel.
