Karen Navas

Director

Karen, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), joined RSM in May 2012. She graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) in 2005 and obtained her CPA qualification in the Philippines in 2006. She has knowledge and experience in the areas of fund administration and audit & assurance.

Prior to moving to Gibraltar, Karen worked at Deloitte Philippines for more than 5 years where she gained extensive audit experience mainly in insurance and mutual fund clients. She has also handled clients in other industries such as manufacturing, utilities & energy, merchandising, real estate and non-profit organisation.

She is currently a Director of the Fund Administration Department. She manages the day-to-day activities of the department with includes review of NAVs and financial statements, assist in all regulatory and compliance matters, and oversee any shareholder and secretarial services.
