Talent Acquisition Specialist

Opportunity description & responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle across all levels and departments within the organization. This role involves sourcing top-tier talent, creating and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying high-potential professionals and have a passion for connecting them with opportunities that align with their career aspirations and our company’s strategic goals.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across all levels and departments, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for diverse roles.
- Conduct initial phone screens.
- Conduct virtual and face to face interviews.
- Coordinate interviews of shortlisted candidated with hiring Managers, Directors and/or Partners.
- Run reference checks as appropriate and brief team leaders regarding shortlisted profiles.
Talent Pipeline Development
- Create and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future recruitment needs across all departments/service lines.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
- Partner with hiring managers from different departments to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist in creating compelling and realistic job descriptions and role specifications that attract the right talent.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, offering support and information about the company, culture and role.
Employer Branding
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility in the job market.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and processes.
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment status and challenges.
Compliance and Best Practices
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
HR Projects
- Participate in additional HR projects on an ad hoc basis, contributing expertise and support as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team members on initiatives to improve HR processes and programs.
Executive Search & Selection
- Opportunity to also work with clients assingments on Executive Search projects, identifying and recruiting top executive-level talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their executive staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably with experience in recruiting for diverse roles and levels.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Advanced computer capabilities, proficient user of MS Office.
- Military services fulfilled (if applicable).
