Newsflash- Relaxation from compliance in relation to Quick Response (QR) code pertaining to E-Invoicing and clarification on the export of Gems and Jewellery through courier

The Government has waived the penalty for non-compliance of QR code requirement till 31 March 2021 and also clarified the ambiguity on whether gems and jewellery are allowed to be exported through courier under the Courier Imports and Exports (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Regulations, 2010 as also the Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) Regulations, 1998.
