Ciara is a Director in our Consulting unit specialising in the area of Transformation, HR & Change. With a background in HR Management, Ciara brings a practical lens to HR and Organisational Development solutions. 

Ciara’s portfolio of clients spans across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Having previously worked in a HR capacity in a foreign direct investment company here, Ciara works especially close with companies setting up people operations in Ireland. 

Ciara’s core areas of expertise include Talent Attraction and Retention, Employee Relations, HR Strategy, and Organisational Development. 

Ciara holds a degree in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. In addition, Ciara is a certified Project Manager and Trainer.
