Graham is a Director in our Consulting unit specialising in the area of Transformation, HR & Change.

Graham manages a broad portfolio of clients across all sectors with a particular emphasis on the public sector – within which he acts as trusted advisor to a range of senior managers and HR professionals.

Graham has led and delivered significant and complex project in the areas of workforce planning, equality diversity & inclusion, technology, public procurement, performance management and more.

Graham core areas of interest and expertise include organisational development, change management, talent attraction and employee engagement.

Graham holds a MSc. in Management Consulting from Smurfit Business School, and a B.A. in Business and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin. He also holds certification in project management, psychometric interpretation and data protection.
