Naoki Nakamura had mainly performed auditing for listed and initial public offering (IPO) companies at a large audit firm for ten years.

He is in charge of the IPO support office and responsible for IPO support business. He is involved in writing IPO-related books and lectureing at IPO seminars. 

He has also contributed to the expansion of hiring experienced workers as the Chief Human Resources Officer.
His hobbies are Ishigaki Island, Yomiuri Giants, and whisky with soda.
