Masaharu Totsuka joined with RSM Seiwa since its establishment in March 2004. 

He has developed his career in audit services for listed and private companies in various industries, and he mainly focused on small and medium-sized companies. 

He also provided his services for non-audit services, such as due diligence, support for initial public offering, and support for installing internal controls. 

He deeply understand required needs from society to certified public accountants and audit firms, and he performed daily work with respoding to these needs.
