Aisulu Narbaeva is the Managing Partner of RSM in Kazakhstan.

Aisulu Narbaeva has more than 25 years of professional experience, including 22 years in the Big Four international audit company EY (Ernst & Young), of which 11 years as an EY Audit Partner.

Aisulu Narbaeva is the owner of:

qualification certificate of the auditor of the Republic of Kazakhstan
certificate of professional accountant of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Aisulu Narbaeva is known in Kazakhstan for her professionalism and deep knowledge of the best international business practices.

As the main audit partner, Aisulu led the audit of the largest Kazakh national and foreign companies, including: National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC and its largest subsidiaries.

Aisulu's work experience includes conducting Due Diligence on acquisitions of Kazakh companies in various sectors of the economy by foreign investors, providing consulting services on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), providing accounting services and preparing financial statements.

In addition, Aisulu Narbaeva was a partner in a number of projects financed by international organizations (EBRD, World Bank, EN), as well as in a public-private partnership project financed by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and EBRD.
