  • Total Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions: 2,136.29 tCO2e, with an intensity of 11.61 tCO2e per colleague.
  • Waste Reduction: 10.64 tonnes of paper recycled — a result of ongoing digitization and resource efficiency efforts.
  • Emissions from Digitization: Our efforts in process automation and digital transformation resulted in savings of 0.014 tCO2e.
  • Talent Management: A 42% reduction in turnover and a 45% increase in the number of Kuwaiti colleagues, reflecting our commitment to local talent development.
  • Zero Incidents of Corruption: Upholding the highest ethical standards with zero incidents of bribery, corruption, or human rights violations​.

 

Environmental Stewardship: Our Path to Net Zero

As part of our ongoing mission to reduce our environmental footprint, RSM Kuwait has undertaken several initiatives aimed at reducing energy consumption, improving resource efficiency, and enhancing our waste management systems. Our focus is clear: to address climate change by cutting our emissions and actively managing our resources responsibly.

Scope 1 Emissions:

Zero emissions, as RSM Kuwait does not own vehicles or generators.

Scope 2 Emissions:

1,378 t CO2e estimated from electricity consumption, reflecting our office operations.

Scope 3 Emissions:

We have expanded our measurement scope to include 752.21 t CO2e from colleague commutes and 6.07 t CO2e from business travel.

Our continued efforts in paper reduction, with savings of 590,655 A4 sheets due to digitalization, further reinforce our mission to reduce waste and promote efficiency​. Through these actions, we aim to reach net-zero emissions while maintaining robust environmental governance.
