RSM Luxembourg has no link with this entity which claims, on its website www.rsmfinance.org, to be established in Luxembourg.

As a reminder, “RSM Luxembourg” operates in Luxembourg as five corporate entities, which are:

- RSM Tax & Accounting Luxembourg

- RSM Audit Luxembourg

- RSM Financial Services Luxembourg

- RSM Fund Management Luxembourg

- RSM Cosal Luxembourg
