BIOGRAPHY

Nicole Chong is a Tax Director of RSM Tax Consultants (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. Nicole has more than 15 years of working experience specialised in taxation.

Prior to joining RSM, she was with one of the five largest professional firms in Malaysia and attached to a multinational corporation.

She has extensive experience in Malaysian corporate taxation including tax compliance, tax advisory, tax incentive applications, tax health check, withholding tax and tax due diligence assignments.

Nicole manages a portfolio of both local and international clients comprising public listed companies, multinationals and medium to large private companies.

Her professional experience includes Transfer Pricing which covers manufacturing, trading, share services, telecommunication, agriculture, engineering, information technology, construction, plantations, mining and services industries. She also involved in tax audit, tax investigation, Real Property Gain Tax (RPGT) and Goods and Services Tax (GST).

• Licensed Tax Agent under Section 153 of the Income Tax Act 1967
• Licensed GST Tax Agent under GST Act 2014
• Member, Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM)
