Prashant holds a master's degree in Investment Banking and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, since 2004.

After completing his training in audit and assurance with Crowe HorwathUK, Prashant spent a number of years within corporate finance at PwC in London and Mauritius. To date Prashant has successfully assisted clients in diverse sectors on acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, pre- lending and working capital reviews for banks, valuation and IPOs.

Since joining RSM, Prashant continues to work closely with our clients, offering tailored solutions to our clients' business needs.
