BIOGRAPHY 

Youssef Smires is the head of audit and assurance and the responsible in charge of Ethics & independence at RSM Morocco. As such, he has the responsibility of supervising the audit department team including resolving technical, updating and compliance issues. He is also the IFRS champion for RSM network. Since joining RSM Acconcil in 2008, he has been working with International and local clients in different areas: accounting, audit, due diligence, financial reportings and corporate finance. He has also capitalized a good expertise on financial, tax and legal structuring mainly for private and individual entities. 

• Youssef is registered in the Chartered Accountants Institute of Morocco and also of Paris Ile-de-France as chartered Accountant Memorialist; 
• He has 12 years experience.
