Head of People Solutions

Kay Paris is a Human Resources professional, with 14 years of experience in the Development of Innovative Human Resources and Organizational Development Strategies.

She assumed the responsibility of Head of People Solutions at RSM Moçambique in April 2024.

She previously worked as Senior National Human Resources Manager at Humanity & Inclusion, where she led global initiatives to promote inclusion and diversity.

She was Head of Advisory at RSM Moçambique, between 2015 and 2019.

She also worked as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant, at PwC-PricewaterhouseCoopers Mozambique, between 2008 and 2015.
