Highbrook Team’s 2025 Retreat Day

A Day of Team Bonding and Celebration on Waiheke Island! 

The Highbrook team kicked off 2025 in the best way possible—with an unforgettable retreat on beautiful Waiheke Island. 

More than just a day out, this retreat was a chance to strengthen our team connections, celebrate our incredible workplace culture, and support the local community. 

From the moment we arrived, the island became our playground for collaboration, laughter, and adventure. Designed to bring out our creativity and teamwork, the day’s challenges encouraged us to think outside the box, work together, and, most importantly, have fun. Whether it was capturing memorable moments at picturesque locations, embracing playful costume challenges, or hopping onto floating boats for a thrill, every activity reinforced the power of teamwork and camaraderie. 

But our retreat wasn’t just about enjoying ourselves—it was also about giving back. By engaging with local businesses throughout the day, we were able to support the Waiheke community while making unforgettable memories.

As the sun set, we gathered at the breathtaking Batch Winery for a well-earned celebration. Surrounded by rolling vineyards, sharing great food and laughter, we reflected on what makes RSM New Zealand such an incredible place to work—our people. This retreat wasn’t just a getaway; it was a reminder of the strong, supportive culture that makes our team thrive.
