RSM is proud to announce the appointment of Lisa Murphy as the new Managing Partner of
RSM New Zealand (Auckland).

Lisa is a Tax Partner at RSM New Zealand (Auckland), being with the firm for over seven years. She brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to her new role, having provided tax advisory and strategic consulting to a range of local and international clients.

As Managing Partner, Lisa will lead the Auckland office in furthering strategic priorities that drive RSM’s global 2030 growth strategy. This includes strengthening client relationships, implementing innovative and forward-thinking ideas, and leveraging this to enhance RSM’s reputation as a trusted partner in the professional services industry.

Lisa succeeds Tony Oliver, who has been instrumental in shaping RSM Auckland’s journey and achievements to date.

I’m very proud of everything she has achieved to date and am looking forward to what her leadership will bring”, says Oliver who is now a member of the RSM New Zealand Group board.

RSM New Zealand Group comprises of three offices: RSM Auckland, RSM North, and RSM Auckland Central (Audit). Coming into 2025, RSM New Zealand Group board members include:

The firm has restructured its executive leadership over the last few months to position itself for an expected 100% growth by 2030, placing the global projection of RSM revenue at USD $16b.
