Kerryn Strong

People & Culture Consultant

Kerryn Strong is the People & Culture Consultant for RSM New Zealand. She is an organisational development and human resources specialist with a passion for driving culture change in SME businesses. 

Kerryn enjoys working alongside partners and team members to achieve alignment between business strategy and the implementation of practical business initiatives that support the success of our people.  She blends commercial acumen with HR practice to lead change initiatives and deliver overall results. She enjoys providing coaching to develop effective leadership, build relationships/employee engagement, learning and development, recruitment, recognition and retention.  

Outside of work, Kerryn likes to spend her time enjoying the outdoors in Maraetai with her husband and two young boys, as well as getting along to a gym class whenever there's an hour spare.
