Biography
Nina joined RSM UK in 2005. After working her way through the ranks of the firm she became Director of Marketing and Business Development for the UK in 2015 and joined the Global Executive Office in 2024.
Nina oversees all the brand, marketing, communications, and business development activities of the RSM International Network. She works closely with our Member Firms and other stakeholders around the world to ensure that we have the right activities in place to support the Network's strategy. With nearly 20 years at RSM, Nina is focused on building the RSM brand and market position.
Nina is passionate about strengthening RSM's network-wide business development and client experience capability, as well as creating value-adding global insights that support businesses in navigating an ever-changing and complex world with confidence. Nina has led marketing and business development teams of various sizes and enjoys supporting her colleagues to achieve career and personal growth in their roles, and while she has a very strong work ethic, she believes in having fun along the way.
Outside of RSM Nina enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter, travelling, learning to play the piano (badly at the moment but watch this space!), reading, and building a book review website to share recommendations for other keen readers.
