RSM France and RSM Poland KZWS have both substantially expanded their service capability and coverage in their countries. Both firms are full members of RSM, one of the world’s largest networks of audit, tax and advisory firms, with member firms in over 100 countries.
RSM France admitted MBV & Associés to its network, while RSM Poland KZWS acquired Baltic Accountants & Consultants Kurt Iversen.
MBV & Associés, now RSM Paris, employs nearly 200 people including 15 partners, in its Paris offices. The firm specialises in audit and assurance, tax, business advisory and due diligence services. The firm will become a member of RSM France, and will bring total coverage of RSM France to 550 staff across five offices.
RSM Poland KZWS’ acquisition of Baltic Accountants & Consultants Kurt Iversen, brings the combined staff numbers to over 100 people across its Warsaw and Poznań offices. The acquisition gives RSM in Poland greater potential and flexibility to expand its client services to respond to clients’ changing needs.
