Synne has extensive experience working with national and international taxation, including transfer pricing and tax treaty issues, in addition to cross-border reorganization. Synne has experience from the tax authorities and the private sector and has previously worked as a tax and corporate advisor with tax advice, corporate law, restructuring and transactions within several sector as oil service, industry, real estate, shipping and finance. Synne also give tax advice to foreign and domestic expats.

Synne has been a speaker in several corporate law and tax law issues. In addition to her law degree, Synne holds a Master in Accounting and Auditing from NHH.
