Johan K. Engelschiøn

Johan is an expert in tax law and relating corporate and legal services, and has more than 25 years of experience also as head of tax in the law firms Schjødt and Haavind.

Johan is engaged in establishing and restructuring of corporate structures, both national and international enterprises and businesses. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in advising owner-operated companies and businesses, where tax issues between the owner and the company comes in addition to the corporate matters.  He has also dealt with several larger generational changes in such businesses.

Johan has a lot of experience with optimizing tax and duty when buying, selling and organizing real estate and real estate projects, including the "cooperative housing association tax model", a tax model  that he also has written articles about. Furthermore, Johan is used as lecturer on tax legislation by Center for Continuing Legal Education/The Norwegian BAR Association. In addition, Johan lectures on other courses and seminars. In addition, Johan is also experienced as board member for several companies.

Johan is the founder and former leader of RSM Advokatfirma AS and is currently the Chairperson of the board.
