Denis Zakamulin is an Associate in the RSM M&A Transaction Service team. He assist both private equity and corporate clients with a wide range of transaction advisory service, primarily focused on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, as well as valuations. <

Denis graduated from Handelshøyskolen BI with an MSc in Business Finance in which his master thesis was on the topic of the effect of political and ESG risk on international stock returns.
