The Norwegian shipping and offshore industry has been, and still is, a major industry for Norway. However, the industry has not been very profitable in terms of net profit margin over the past few years. What are the root causes and key drivers contributing to this trend? We have been studying these issues and have formed the basis of a great serviceability of the needed services to this industry.
