Krister Aanesen

CEO

Krister Aanesen is the CEO of RSM Norge, and sits in our Oslo offices. He is the first CEO who was recruited outside of the company. In times of rapid change fueled by digitalization, we believe the management function to be of increased importance.

Krister is originally an engineer, with and MBA from Northwester University - Kellogg School of Management.  

Krister has extensive management experience, both as CEO of Gjensidige Bank and various leadership positions from Nordea. He has also worked for Statoil Fuel & Retail and McKinsey & CO
