Inam-ul-Haq

Mr. Inam ul Haque embarked on his professional journey after completing a four-year practical training with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in October 2005. His career flourished at Deloitte, where he held various managerial positions until 2012. In 2013, he transitioned to RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman, Chartered Accountants, assuming a partner role. 

Since 2016, he has been actively engaged as the Captain Quality Control and Captain Inspection at the firm, contributing significantly to in enhancing the quality at the firm level. Notably, he actively shares his knowledge by providing consultations on quality-related matters within the firm, showcasing his dedication to upholding quality standards in audit and assurance practices. 

Additionally, he serves on key committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, that focus on matters related to auditing standards and ethics, and professional practices and is contributing its part in development of the audit profession in Pakistan. 
With extensive experience across diverse industry sectors such as Banking, Textile Manufacturing, Energy, and many more, he has honed his expertise in Audit and Assurance, his primary area of specialization and interest. 

Having worked in multiple offices of the firm, including managing the Peshawar office for a period of around 1.5 years, he possesses a unique perspective on different markets and business environments across various cities and provinces. His international exposure through handling referred engagements underscores his global acumen and adaptability in the field of audit and assurance.
His passion for continuous learning is evident through his avid reading of audit and assurance materials, including IFRS, IAS, and industry-specific regulations etc. Beyond his professional endeavours, he finds joy in recreational activities like playing and watching snooker and cricket, gardening, and cooking.


Timeline of his professional career is as under:

  • June 2006 – Qualified professional examination of Chartered Accountancy (CA) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan
  • January 2007 – Registered as Associate Member (ACA) of ICAP
  • January 2013 – Joined RSM Pakistan as Partner
  • May 2016 – Became Captain Quality Control
  • July 2016 – Became Captain Inspection
  • August 2016 – Became Fellow Member (FCA) of ICAP
  • July 2023 – Became member of the Global Inspection Team
