Vaseem Mansoor

Vaseem is working with RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman, Chartered Accountants since 2010. His area of expertise includes Strategic Planning, Growth Management, and Transaction Advisory. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, he navigate complex projects with finesse, consistently delivering high-impact solutions that align with organizational objectives.

In his role as Director - Strategic Planning and Growth at RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman, Chartered Accountants he manages strategic planning initiatives, collaborating closely with senior management and stakeholders to develop and implement projects that drive business growth. 

His forte lies in transaction advisory, where he has led transformative projects such as the merger of Public Sector Generation Companies (GENCOs), guiding the intricate process from conceptualization to implementation. Adept at navigating the complexities of public-private partnerships (PPPs), He has spearheaded initiatives such as the Commercial Utilization of Ministry of Information & Broadcast Properties on PPP Basis, showcasing his prowess in structuring innovative financing models and forging strategic alliances. 

His project portfolio also includes infrastructure development endeavors, such as the establishment of a Combined Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP), health sector, highway projects, where he designed transaction structures and procurement frameworks under PPP modalities to ensure sustainability and viability.

On management consultancy, he has worked with Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, United Nations, USAID, and the Federal Government through line ministries i.e. Ministry of Information Technology and Telecom, Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis, Pakistan Railways, and Ministry of Energy etc.  

His expertise extends to the development of national policies, as demonstrated by his pivotal role in formulating the National Privatization Policy 2022. Drawing on global best practices and economic insights, he crafted a forward-thinking policy framework aimed at stimulating private sector engagement across diverse sectors, in line with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In addition to his project management prowess, he is committed to continuous learning and professional development. His participation in prestigious programs such as the International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) and his pursuit of certifications in Supplier Management underscore his dedication to staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
