Javed Agrawala

Javed Agrawala joined RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman, Chartered Accountants in 2018 as an Executive Director looking into international tax and Business Development. His prior experience was in industry. With the elapse of one year with RSM he got promoted to Partnership Level.

As a partner, his responsibilities include providing consultancy services to special projects and to related services. Experience with US Tax in particular has opened new avenues locally too for the expatriates.

He considers himself adept at discovering opportunities. Wherever there is a need for professional input to situations, he believes he can see the gap early and is keen to promote and adjust the RSM’s skills set therein. At the core of these attempts is a desire to produce a unique solution that enhances RSM’s mark in the market through value addition, with particular emphasis on research, that it brings.

He currently takes active interest in swimming and in working out. As an interest he studies criminal law with reference to famous cases that have an emphasis on court proceedings and contentious arguments. He is keenly interested in the forensics involved too.

He has noticed that some fruitful business leads occasion from sundry pursuits such as these hobbies and interests.

“I am passionate about sports and follow international events. Through travelling I have discovered a desire and have taken the first few lessons in learning the German language. I have spent 9 years in the insurance sector and the most successful Marine Damage Claim in Pakistan’s history was handled by me. This success and the concomitant dealing with insurance consortiums allow me some further opportunities.
