Sunila Zaidi

Sunila’s journey with RSM Pakistan dates back 1997, when she joined the firm as an Intern and worked her way up to the level of Senior Manger Advisory. In 2008, she parted to explore further on her career path and moved from the fields of accounting, banking, pharmaceuticals, aesthetics & consulting over the past 16+ years. Earlier in 2024, she joined RSM Pakistan as Director Advisory and Business Development.

As the Director Advisory & Business Development, Sunila is working closely with Mr. Adnan Zaman (Deputy Manging Partner, RSM Pakistan) to develop Firm’s client base and to tap on new service lines with focus on RSM’s global growth strategy.

Sunila enjoys learning the dynamics of venturing into new businesses, new fields. She believes in professional growth from the very early stage of career and loves developing young people into strong leaders.

Outside of work, Sunila loves to spend time with her family and enjoys cooking for her son who is a food lover. She enjoys reading and loves listening to music (especially heavy metal/hard rock).
