Mr. Wiqar Avais is a visionary leader who founded RSM in Pakistan in 1988 with Adnan Zaman, another partner of RSM, setting the stage for a journey marked by innovation, excellence, and a strong commitment to client service. As the founding partner and managing partner until December 2018, Mr. Avais played a crucial role in shaping the firm's success, entrusting the role of managing partner to Hamid Masood while continuing as the senior partner, providing strategic guidance and leveraging his extensive 45+ years of experience to drive the firm's growth and uphold its core values.
