Biography
Bob is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for RSM International and works closely with RSM International Chief Executive Officer E.J. Nedder to help drive and deliver RSM’s strategic plan. Bob manages a number of the Global Executive Office functions for the Network, including regional and operational support, the leadership groups and Centres of Excellence, member relations, legal, brand and digital, IT and marketing communications.
Bob joined the RSM International Global Executive Office team in 2012 where he had overall responsibility for RSM’s audit and other attestion services, policies, procedures and guidance. Prior to joining RSM International, Bob served as the RSM US (previously McGladrey & Pullen) National Director of Assurance Services and International Assurance Services Practice Leader serving a broad range of clients, including listed companies. In 2018 he joined the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as their Chief Auditor, before returning to the RSM team in 2020.

In his spare time, Bob enjoys flying aeroplanes and is a fully licensed private pilot.
