Ernest Nedder

Chief Executive Officer

On 1 June 2024, Ernest “E.J.” Nedder became Chief Executive Officer of RSM International having been a Partner and Chief Strategy Officer for RSM’s US Firm, where he led the development, communication, execution and sustainability of the US enterprise strategy.  During this time, E.J. led digital transformation and a culture of insights-led innovation strategy in addition to serving on the Board of Directors in Canada.

In his former role as Chief Strategy Officer for the US Firm, E.J. was instrumental in embedding the 2030 Global Strategy and helping to build a global mindset within the firm. He is a key member of RSM International’s global Transformation Advisory Group and has worked with RSM firms all over the world on global client projects for a number of years.

Over his career, E.J. has developed extensive experience in leading substantial business and digital transformation initiatives, aligning separate service lines, industry verticals and business teams around a unified vision, strategy and operations.

Outside of work, E.J. is a father of five children and enjoys golf, boating and skiing.
