Global Leader, Quality and Risk

Biography 

Marion joined RSM International in 2018 as Global Leader for Quality and Risk. Based in London at RSM’s Global Executive Office, Marion is responsible for overseeing the continuous focus on quality across RSM. Marion leads the Global Executive Office Quality & Risk team which focuses on quality; risk containment; and ethics and independence for the Network. Marion is also responsible for all aspects of the Network’s policies, procedures, tools and processes aimed at maintaining high quality services by Member Firms. 

Marion has 30 years of significant technical and professional experience gained from senior roles at PwC held in Ireland, Hong Kong and London. Bringing vast knowledge of global professional services and expertise in business change and transformation, Marion is leveraging her wealth of experience in pioneering a series of projects to continually enhance service solutions and quality for RSM, such as the launch of RSM InTrust, our newest integrated global independence, entity management and service authorisation system. 

More than ever before, audit is under the microscope. Regulators are calling for improvements in quality while technology is transforming the amount and speed of data available to auditors. Marion works with RSM’s Member Firms around the Network to be at the forefront of these changes and is passionate about driving forward RSM International’s commitment to the provision of the highest quality in audit services around the world with robust policies and procedures in place to achieve this.
