Rebecca Richards
Global Leader – Strategy and Special Projects
Rebecca has worked for RSM for more than 12 years, first as Adviser on Special Projects in a Consulting capacity and then full time as Global Leader for Strategy and Special Projects. As a key member of the Global Executive Office, she works closely with the CEO and COO, the wider GEO team and Member Firms on a variety of projects related to brand, business strategy and change management.
Rebecca was the global lead for the development of RSM’s unified global brand launched in October 2015. She also led the evolution of the RSM global brand – with new visuals and re-energised messaging – which was launched in January 2024.
In addition to leading brand strategy, she is responsible for the development of RSM's global Purpose and Sustainability related initiatives. She is also a member of the global Managed Services Taskforce and the global Transformation Advisory Group.

Before joining the Global Executive Office team, Rebecca was marketing Director for RSM’s UK firm at the time. She has over 30 years’ marketing experience in professional services and B2B environments.
Outside of work, she enjoys country and beach walks, rock-pooling, skiing, sailing, cooking, property renovation and spending time with her two teenage daughters.
