Florentina has 25 years of experience in accounting, taxation, management, and business planning. As a Partner in RSM, she has been leading the Accounting and IFRS teams, supervising local and international accounting projects, and managing an extensive and diverse client portfolio. 

Florentina has been a member of the Romanian Body of Chartered and Authorised Accountants (CECCAR) since 2000, a member of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors since 2006, and a member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants since 2007. 

Since 2020, Florentina has also taken charge of the digital transformation and automation efforts of RSM in Romania.
