Doina has been a part of RSM for more than 25 years; for the past decade, she has been RSM's Head of Tax — she leads our Corporate and Individuals divisions of tax professionals while providing Corporate Tax expertise to large local and international companies operating in Romania.

Doina has extensive practical experience in working on international projects and in providing advisory services to groups; she is skilled in Tax Due Diligence, Tax Reviews, Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing, and representation in Tax Inspections. Moreover, she is proficient in Buyer Transaction support, Corporate Income Tax Returns, Cross-border Indirect Tax, International Mergers & Acquisitions, International Tax Consulting, Local Mergers & Acquisitions, Seller Transaction support, and Tax disputes.

Doina is also a Romanian CPA (certified by C.EC.C.A.R.) and a financial auditor.
