Roxana Ionescu

Partner, Head of Audit

Roxana is RSM's Head of Audit — she is responsible for leading, performing, and completing audits for both national and multi-national clients.

Roxana has over 20 years of expertise in audit and accounting, having participated in local and international audits performed according to International Standards in Auditing, financial due diligence projects, and limited review and special-purpose engagements.

Roxana has acted as a component lead partner for major US Groups and reported to US principal auditors under the US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and the US Generally Accepted Auditing Standards. She has acted as a statutory auditor and component auditor for domestic clients and subsidiaries of international clients and collaborated with group auditors for clients.
