Oana has been a part of RSM in Romania for more than 20 years; as a Partner, she is leading the Private Individuals Practice of the Tax Department. She has proficient knowledge of Romanian GAAP and international and domestic individual taxation.

Oana coordinates the delivery of services, including tax and HR consultancy, payroll outsourcing and personnel administration, salary tax reviews, tax audits, and client representation in case of tax/labor inspections. She provides relevant expertise in the taxation of expats; she assists companies that send Romanian employees abroad, freelancers, and individuals on their personal tax returns.

Oana also designs and delivers training workshops on individual taxation legislation and case studies. Over the years, she has used her expertise to contribute to improving the Romanian Tax Code by taking part in task forces organized by the Ministry of Public Finance.
