Measures with the aim to mitigate the negative effects due to the COVID-19 disease have now been amended or completely abolished.  

The Government of the Republic of Serbia abolished the Decision which prohibits export of medicines on 24 April, by which export of human medicines is allowed again. 

In addition, the application of the customs duty-free exemption for import of ethyl alcohol of 80% vol or stronger (undenatured, tariff number 2207 10 00 00 of the Customs Tariff) ceased to apply on 1 May 2020. In this regard, as of May 2, the importation of ethyl alcohol under this tariff number shall be payable as prior the adoption of this measure. 

With the official abolishment of the State of emergency, the Decree on the documents that must accompany goods during the state of emergency caused by the COVID-19 disease, which provided mandatory information such documents must contain, and in relation to this, specific simplifications, has been abolished. 

On May 7, the Government of the Republic of Serbia abolished the Decision on the temporary prohibition of export of basic commodities important for population (such as masks, gloves, detergents, hygienic and other listed products).
