- Assist in day-to-day HR administrative duties
- Assist in new hire and onboarding process
- Assist in staff resignation and exit from the company
- Assist in the coordination of HR events and programmes
- Assist the team with ad-hoc HR projects
Recruitment
- Work with the recruitment team to identify the need and the accompanying job description of the new position;
- To identify the best channels for the recruitment and post the vacancy;
- Assist in interview arrangement
