We are pleased to inform you that effective 1 March 2024, Stone Forest, the Business Solutions arm of our business, will be renamed “RSM Stone Forest”. 
 

This alignment to one brand – RSM – will cement and strengthen our market position as the leading advisors to the mid-market, serving internationally active businesses. 
 

The new structure - RSM Singapore

As you may be aware, we have been supporting businesses with a complete suite of assurance, tax and advisory services, as well as business solutions for close to four decades. 
 

RSM Stone Forest will now operate under the umbrella of RSM Singapore, positioning us to better serve businesses with regional and international needs.


Our service brands - AccountServe, PayrollServe, CorpServe, AccountStaff and Stone Forest IT - remain dedicated to serving you well, alongside the many businesses which we have been growing with. 

Change in entity names

We will also be renaming RSM Chio Lim LLP to RSM SG Assurance LLP, and inserting ‘SG’ into our other existing RSM entity names in Singapore to reflect that we are the Singapore entities of the RSM International network.


The changes are reflected in the diagram below. 

What does this mean to you?

It is business as usual; there is no direct impact to our work with our clients or business partners.
 

Our operations teams in the respective business units will reach out to the personnel concerned in your organisation to effect any updates where necessary.
 

Our commitment to service excellence remains unchanged, as does our service level. We continue to retain our unique culture of marrying the best of international capabilities with a personal touch to serve ambitious, growing businesses.
