Ben Ee

Partner, Corporate Advisory

Ben is a partner at RSM Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd. He is an experienced forensic investigator, compliance advisor, and a qualified fellow chartered accountant leading the Litigation Support and Forensic Practice of our firm.

He specialises in corporate fraud investigations, anti-bribery/corruption compliance reviews, third-party (supplier/distributor) audits and litigation support across the Asia Pacific. He has previously spent seven years in China, where his last position was as the forensic practice lead of a Big Four accounting firm in Beijing.

Recognised in the Forensic Accountants chapter of Who’s Who Legal: Investigations, a client quoted Ben as being able "…to review complex situations with ease and understand the client's requirements".

Ben has advised multinationals in various industries, which include new energy, life sciences and manufacturing, amongst others. He has also gained industry experience as a regional internal audit manager with a US-listed multinational oil and gas company and a Singapore-listed transport company as a senior audit manager. In these roles, he directed internal audit reviews and investigations in jurisdictions across East Asia, the Middle East, the UK and the US.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Ben is a regular speaker at conferences as a subject matter expert and an adjunct lecturer with Singapore Management University, where he teaches “Forensic Accounting and Investigation”.
