Singapore Budget 2024 and Your Business

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Mr Lawrence Wong, will deliver Singapore’s 2024 budget statement on Friday, 16 February 2024.

We invite you to join us in analysing the key highlights of Budget 2024, which aims to navigate the nation through challenging economic times, both domestically and globally. Francis Tan, Investment Strategist and Senior Director for the Investment Products & Solutions division at UOB Private Bank, will share his expert views on the implications of the 2024 Budget for the Singapore economy.

Furthermore, with Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) considerations in business becoming a necessity to drive Singapore’s overall sustainability agenda, we will share insights on what businesses can do to transition towards sustainable business models that could potentially increase their competitiveness. Additionally, we will cover new developments in cyber security/PDPA and discuss how companies can leverage government funding available for their digitalisation journey to strengthen their cybersecurity posture.

Be part of the conversation as we bring together an economist, and business and tax advisors for a fireside chat to discuss their views on the key proposals and its impact on Singaporean businesses.
