Dennis joined the Firm in 2014 and specialises in valuation and corporate finance advisory. He helps clients navigate complex business decisions and is experienced in business valuations, intellectual property valuations, purchase price allocations, capital markets support, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and other corporate finance advisory projects.

Dennis serves a diverse client base spanning retail, education, logistics and transportation, real estate management, renewable energy, oil and gas, industrial manufacturing, waste management, agriculture and biotechnology, and information technology. His clients include emerging businesses, multinationals, and publicly listed companies.

He is also a member of the firm’s F&B, Retail, and Consumer Products Practice, which is dedicated to serving the needs of F&B and retail businesses.
