Partner

Eileen is a Partner at RSM Singapore, where she heads the Technology Services practice which provides digitalisation and AI advisory, implementation and managed services for IT infrastructure, IT security, ERP/CRM business solutions, and data analytics tools for clients across different verticals. As the Technology Head, she also leads the firm's Business Continuity Planning committee and is the appointed Data Protection Officer for the group.

Beyond her client work, Eileen is an active leader in several national initiatives that empower businesses to innovate and grow through technology. She was the programme director for IMDA’s Chief Technology Officer-as-a-Service programme - A nationwide Go Digital initiative which provides digital advisory and project management support services to local SMEs, that ran from 2022 to 2025.

A technology consultant with a CPA accounting background, Eileen aligns IT governance and real-world business challenges with innovative technologies. Eileen actively collaborates with clients across the different industries, with a focus on financial services, charities and healthcare sector and listed companies – guiding them through every stage of their digital transformation. She also oversees a team that specialises in providing IT security managed services, supporting the broad clientele base of key local telecommunications firms.

Prior to joining the firm, she was with the Accountant-General's Department, handling financial work, budgeting, planning and internal audit.
