Terence Ang
Partner & Head of Advisory
Terence is the Head of Advisory at the Firm. His professional experience includes valuation advisory, due diligence, buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory and forensic accounting services.
He is a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser as well as a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, with extensive experience with valuation for transactions, financial reporting, intellectual property and financial instruments. He is also experienced in dispute-related valuation and forensic work.
Terence has advised clients on merger and acquisition transactions across a wide spectrum of industries. He also advises growing businesses, private equity firms and family offices on their value creation initiatives.
Prior to joining the Firm, he spent 11 years with a Big 4 firm in Singapore, Australia and the US and two years as Head of Financial Control at the Singapore branch of a multinational investment bank.
