Lex specialises in transforming businesses across digital, strategy, process, and governance areas. He began his career as a qualified accountant and auditor, providing a strong foundation for his evolution into a transformation consulting leader.

With over 25 years of professional experience, Lex has served clients both as an external consultant and in C-suite roles, driving transformation from within organisations. This diverse experience has given him a deep understanding of complex challenges across a wide range of stakeholders, cultures, regions, sectors, and organisational sizes.

Before joining RSM, Lex was the Regional Director and Leader for Strategic Risk and Innovation at a global Big Four firm. He also served as Group CEO of a regional BPO with a strong track record in the government and energy sectors.

In addition to his executive roles, Lex holds multiple advisory board positions for start-ups, as well as clean energy and technology companies. He is committed to giving back to society and is an appointed District Councillor with the South East Community Development Council, where he serves as Vice-Chairman of the Future Ready Committee.
